Clean, modern sanitary facilities, family-friendly, quiet, sunny. Centrally located, ideal starting point for numerous biking and hiking tours, kayaking rivers in the immediate vicinity, skiing and winter sports area 1 km away. In summer, fixed electricity prices depending on connected devices (air conditioning). In winter, based on consumption for stays of more than one night.
